As a print-on-demand company, each item is made to order, ensuring a unique and thoughtful experience with every purchase. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, and other important information.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our production partners begin creating your item. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing before shipment. 

Shipping times vary based on your destination and the selected shipping method. Below are general estimates:

  • Domestic (U.S. Orders): 5–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

  • International Orders: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at support@bookishtee.com — we’ll do our best to find a solution and accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates

Fair shipping: just $4.75 flat rate. FREE over $75—no surprises.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make changes before the order enters production. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be applied.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@bookishtee.com with your order number and relevant details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
