Return & Refund Policy

At BookishTee, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the following return and refund guidelines before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email our team at support@bookishtee.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bookishtee.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item following the process above, and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.
